Process Measurement & Analysis Ltd uses Stripe for debit and credit card transaction processing.  We will ship your item once payment is received and cleared.

We accept Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro credit / debit cards. If you have any other types of credit / debit card please contact us for further details.

Shipping

Process Measurement & Analysis Ltd use Express shipping methods. Goods are dispatched under the agreement of incoterms DAP, risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods are available for unloading; so unloading is at the buyer’s risk. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

All shipping rates are based on the total weight of the item including packaging. When the item has been sent you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong item is received.
